Union HRD Minister Prakash Javdekar was the talking point of the day as he came with a unique Prop which became the centre of attraction for everyone present over there. Union Minister was spotted using a landline receiver to avoid harmful radiations released by phones.
Javdekar was seen carrying a purple receiver attached to his phone when asked he did not say anything but it is believed that he was using the prop in order to safeguard himself from the harmful radiation.
Prakash Javdekar did not disclose the reason why he was carrying the prop.
Apart from this, the other highlight from the day included Chairman Venkaiah Naidu talking to the leader of Opposition Ghulam Nabi Azad, Former Union Minister Anand Sharma and Minister of state Vijay Goel in his chamber. He stressed the need for normal functioning of the upper house after the 27th December. The upper house was adjourned until December 27.
The already shortened winter session of the parliament has been one of the most unproductive in recent times. The opposition looks keen to get an apology from the PM which has eventually led to not so smooth functioning of the winter session of parliament.
Meanwhile, the legendary cricketer and Rajya Sabha member Sachin Tendulkar, who was not allowed to speak inside the parliament due to slogans from the opposition demanding an apology, took to Facebook live to convey his message.
